President and CEO

Dr. Jeanne Farrington, CPT, is President of J. Farrington Consulting. She works with organizations to help them define their strategic approach to education, learning, career development, and performance improvement. She also designs and implements training and performance improvement projects for all types of audiences in a variety of companies. She has taught university courses and corporate workshops on many aspects of instructional design, performance technology, and web-based training. She has worked internally as a training professional and manager at Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, and Hewlett-Packard. | Full Bio

Dr. Richard Clark is a highly respected educational psychologist with strong academic and practical credentials in training and performance improvement. He works as an associate with JFC to provide our clients with research-based practical advice for creating leading-edge performance, learning, and motivation solutions.

Carol Haig, CPT, M.S.
Sr. Consultant

Carol has over 25 years of experience in teaching, training, and performance consulting. She is an excellent analyst and designer, and adds strong project management skills and implementation insights to any project.

Patrick Moffitt, CPT, M.A.
Sr. Consultant

Patrick has expertise in instructional design and also in designing and implementing software systems. Patrick is an excellent facilitator for both technical and people-skills training. Having spent many years working in high tech projects, Patrick is an excellent resource for designing solutions for technical projects.

Hally Vadeboncoeur
Web Technology

Hally provides advice, design, programming, and scripting for web projects. She has a degree in computer science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
